SPRING MINI PHOTOSHOOTS IN HAMPSHIRE

I’ve allowed up to 30 minutes for each shoot, so we can take our time and relax into it.

The booking process is simple. Simply go to my booking calendar, select the time that is best for you and make your £97 session fee payment.

Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email of the date and time you have booked. 

Places are limited and reserved on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment! 

A mini shoot is suitable for a maximum of 5 people.

If you’d like a shoot with a larger group, then it’s better to have a full 1-hour session so there’s plenty time to get the shots you’re hoping for. please email me to arrange that. 

Well trained doggies on a lead are very welcome to attend mini sessions. They’re a part of your family too, after all!

If your doggy is still learning to follow basic commands or gets a bit over excited, then I would recommend you book in for a full 1-hour session instead, giving us a little more time to get the shots you’re hoping for. Please email me about arranging that. 

I really hope so! Micheldever Wood is well-known for its carpet of blue, which is part of the reason for me choosing this location. Reports suggest that the bluebells might be out early this year, so they ought to be in full bloom on the 6th April. Here’s hoping Mother Nature is on our side!

I will be keeping a close eye on the forecast. If only light drizzle is forecast, then we’ll go ahead as planned.  (I’ve done some cute sessions with umbrellas!) If the forecast looks awful, then I may decide it’s best to postpone the shoot, in which case, I will let you know the day before.

If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, then you can transfer the fee to another mini-shoot day within 12 months of your booking (subject to availability), or put the fee towards a full shoot on a mutually agreed date. If a suitable alternative can’t be found, you will be offered a full refund.

My style is all about keeping things relaxed and easy, so my aim will be to go with the flow and take great natural shots of you and your kids having fun in the woods. There is absolutely no pressure for them to stay still for photos, so please don’t let this worry you! 

You will receive a link to your private-password protected online gallery with around 10-20 edited images within 3 weeks. You will then be able to choose your favourite 5 images (included as part of the package) and buy additional images and print products as you wish.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable.

Neutrals are often a great idea for a really timeless and classic look. I always suggest that a similar theme of 2-3 colours works brilliantly to tie you together, but not matching.

You might also want to think about layering up, so you can remove coats/jumpers/cardis to get a slightly different look if you wish, since there isn’t time for a full outfit change.

Something that I strongly advise against however, is anybody wearing any clothes with motifs, logos or patterns on, because all this does is draw attention away from your beautiful faces!

Please also think carefully about your shoes – this is a woodland which can be muddy in places.

Yes, there is a car park at Micheldever Woods. However it is often busy so you may need to park on the road. Please allow an extra 10-15 mins before your session in case you need to walk a little way to the meeting point. (I’ll provide details in your confirmation email.)

Please note that there are NO public toilets at the woods.
